Background:
The CSIR Squash Club was established over 45 years ago and continues to provide budding squash players with the opportunity to excel at provincial and national levels, competing in the Northerns Squash League with10 league sides. We have at least 10 to 15 provincial players at any given time, as well as a few who compete at national and international levels.
What we do:
The CSIR Squash Club is the club of choice for CSIR staff, as well as people from surrounding areas. The club provides coaching every second Saturday for junior and senior players at no additional cost. We also provide an area outside of the courts for socialising.
Our facilities:
The CSIR Squash Club is located within the Recreation Site of the CSIR and provides a safe environment for families to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. There are four courts, of which two are glass-backed. Showering facilities are also available on site.
