Rob Louw is an experienced leader who has been with Siemens/Siemens Energy for 13 years. He is a chartered accountant with more than 20 years of experience in financial, operational and leadership positions. Rob has worked in various locations around the world, including New York, United States of America (four years) and Munich, Germany (three years). Rob currently serves as the Head of the Steam Turbine and Generator Product portfolio for Africa and oversees the operations of the Wadeville Service Centre, which specialises in manufacturing spare parts, repair and refurbishment of steam turbines and compressors used in power generation and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Siemens, Rob worked in organisations such as Deloitte and PwC, gaining extensive experience in his field.
