Dr Dondofema holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Stellenbosch University. His work at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research focuses on topics related to smart logistics management, empirical measurement of supply chain transactions in selected sectors and industries and development of context-appropriate models. He works within the Smart Logistics research group, which addresses current and future challenges related to the national, regional and continental logistics sector. His work also involves the development of toolkits, models and technology packages for effective deployment in the logistics sector and the value chains of key economic sectors.
