Ndzotoyi holds a BSc degree majoring in chemistry and applied chemistry from the University of Cape Town, Postgraduate Diploma in Management, and Master's degree in Management from the University of Witwastersrand. She is a senior researcher assigned to the CSIR’s agroprocessing group, with more than 15 years of experience in research and development, piloting and full-scale manufacture of various products.
