CSIR bursars are required to complete the on-boarding forms listed below and submit these forms to the CSIR Human Resources department prior to commencement of the bursary agreement:

• PoPIA Section 18 Notification
• Consent to receive CSIR information via SMS
• Personal details
• Department of Labour declaration
• Pledge of secrecy, ICT policy and ICT acceptable use standard
• Application for a CSIR identification card

The CSIR Conditions of Service applies to bursars who are required to perform any work, including vacation work, at the CSIR. It is therefore important that bursars also familiarise themselves with the following:

• CSIR ICT Policy
• ICT Acceptable Use Standard
