Tech solutions to advance South Africa’s logistics industry in the spotlight
Technological solutions to the challenges facing the logistics industry in South Africa will take centre stage at the inaugural launch of the Young Industrialists Forum (YIF), on Tuesday, 3 March 2020 at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) in Pretoria.
The YIF is an initiative CSIR and it is designed to provide young researchers and innovators a platform to present solutions to challenges faced by the logistics industry.

At this event, researchers will talk about drone and artificial intelligence disruption in transport infrastructure; data science and the winding road to smart society; behavioural change in the trucking insurance; and embracing fourth industrial revolution among others.
