Tanya Vogt has a BA honours degree in African literate from the University of the Witwatersrand and is the Executive Officer of the South African Medical Technology Industry Association (SAMED), representing more than 190 medical device, medical equipment and in vitro diagnostics companies in South Africa. Tanya is also involved in several local and international committees related to medical technology, including the NAPPI Advisory Board and the Global Harmonisation Working Party. SAMED’s vision is to ensure a sustainable, ethical and transformed medical technology industry in South Africa.
